Why is being a part of a church network important?
We are tribal people. As humans, we are wired to pursue belonging, acceptance, and identity. As believers, we’re called to find our identity in Christ, and our place of belonging in the Church. There are over 200 million unchurched people in the United States, making it the third largest missions field in the world. Now, more than ever, we need healthy, empowered, and adequately supported churches who can walk in the fullness of their calling to preach the gospel and transform their communities.
Somewhere between 3,000-4,000 churches close their doors every year. The most common contributing factors to these closures are the loneliness of their leaders, lack of resources, lack of proper vision, and unhealthy church government. Our vision is to provide churches with the kind of support they need to navigate these kinds of issues and to help build stronger, more healthy leaders.
I am grateful for the Radiant Network because of the emphasis on relationship. From the Network Forums every month for the Lead Pastors to the monthly Network Gatherings to the accessibility of Radiant’s Staff this is clearly seen. Radiant Church, it’s leadership and Network have been such an encouragement to Restore Church. Radiant Network has been the Aaron and Hurs lifting our arms up in the midst of battle. I am certain discouragement would have gotten the best of us if not for Pastor Lee & Jane and the Radiant Network.
